The Villa
Your stay will be at a brand new, modern, 5* Villa, situated on the hills of the Island near Talamanca with a fantastic view over Ibiza Town..
Renowned for being the party-loving capital of the world but there is a great deal more to discover on this sun kissed island. Ibiza offers great diversity from the secluded and peaceful North to the rich history of the Old Town, Dalt Vila. Not only will you be training at the villa but also exploring the beaches of Ibiza for a different type of training to add variation to your holiday.
The Food
There will be no strict dieting for this retreat, nor any hungry tums! We want to educate you how to eat properly and how to fuel your daily activities,
.Our Personal Chefs will be preparing daily, your breakfast, lunches and dinners, as well as snacks. With a healthy balance of protein, carbs and natural sugars to keep you fuelled and energized throughout your days.will be bringing you a menu that provides nutritionally-dense, wholesome foods, Learn how food can be your fuel, as well as get you the body results you may have been trying to achieve for a while! The Training
You can expect fun and challenging workouts, focusing on different areas of fitness. Ranging from Pad work, High Intensity and Strength work, to early morning pilates, animal flow and Beach workouts., Learn how to effectively sculpt and shape your body. Suitable for all abilities. Whether you are a newbie to lifting weights, or even a pilates Pro, you’ll find the workouts a great learning experience when it comes to perfecting your technique. Add to that, outdoor adventures, beach fun and 1:1 training. You will also enjoy time in between all these activities to lounge around by the pool, explore your surroundings and soak up the glorious sunshine.
