Stephie Founder of Strong Girl Fitness and Trainer

I set up Strong Girl Fitness back in 2016 in the aim to help change the concept and stigma of Weight Training for females.

My vision when starting my career was not only to
provide one-to-one and group fitness sessions for clients. But to help create a fun and enjoyable environment for females workout in.

I bring out the best in my clients and help them realise nothing is impossible. helping gain confidence and give life-changing values in health and nutrition in order to ​build up the strongest characteristics ​in my clients.
